Think about it. The Cell can handle the vertex processing while the GPU can be FULLY dedicated to pixel shading.
The 360 GPU shares 800mhz Gddr3 ram with CPU with the CPU. The RSX has 256mb Gddr3 ram but can access the 3.2 Ghz 256mb XDR.
The PS3's setup produces less bottlenecks AS LONG AS it's utilized properly because the CPU processes don't have to fight the GPU processes for memory.
Yes, it's true that Cell can't use the GPU's 256mb memory but it doesn't need it. The GPU handles the textures which uses the most RAM and the GPU can access the Cell's memory ONLY when it needs it...

That would be like me saying the only good games coming out this fall for the 360 are Gears of War 2 and Fable 2. But ofcourse, there are more good games coming for the 360. Just like there are more good games coming out for the Ps3.
